What services do seniors need most?

Seniors often need more than just practical care—they need thoughtful, coordinated support that helps them feel safe, respected, and valued. Some of the most essential services include:

♡ Care Planning: Ensuring your loved one’s current and future needs are understood, with tailored recommendations for in-home care, assisted living, or memory care.Financial Support: Helping families budget for care, understand Medicaid/Medicare options, and plan for long-term needs without unnecessary stress.

Relocation Assistance: Gently guiding families through the process of downsizing, organizing, and transitioning loved ones into safe, comfortable environments.

How does the Senior Care Consulting process work?

Our Senior Care Consulting service begins with an initial consultation where we assess your family's unique needs. We then guide you through the process of selecting the right care facility, understanding care levels, and managing the required paperwork. We provide a personalized roadmap to help you make informed decisions.

What is included in a Facility Assessment?

In our Facility Assessment, we conduct a detailed evaluation of local care facilities, focusing on amenities, levels of care, resident feedback, and overall atmosphere. In our consultation, we learn of the goals of the family and transitioning senior to best provide options that are suitable. This service helps families choose a facility easily that they can feel confident in meeting their loved one's specific needs and preferences.

What does your Financial Coaching service cover?

Our Financial Coaching service focuses on budgeting, managing expenses, incorporating automation for simplifying expenses, and planning for long-term care costs. We work with families to create practical financial plans that ensure they are well-prepared for the costs associated with elder care, and we provide ongoing support as needed.

How does your End-of-Life Planning service help families?

Our End-of-Life Planning service provides families with guidance on making medical directives, managing legal and financial matters, preserving memories and planning final arrangements. We approach this process with compassion, respect, and a commitment to honoring your family's wishes.

What should I do to prepare for our first consultation?

For your initial consultation, it's helpful to bring any relevant information and wishes from the key family members. Notes can include the senior's medical needs, details about current care or living arrangements, desired timeline, and a brief summary of the elder. We'll guide you through any documents or further information needed during our initial meeting.

How much do your services cost?

Our service fees vary depending on the specific needs and complexity of each case. We offer both hourly rates and package options for comprehensive support. Contact us for a customized quote based on your family's unique situation.
